People make mistakes in various spheres of their life and most of them are due to ignorance. When we talk of mistakes made in relation to technology the cause is generally the lack of complete knowledge about the application of it. CSS or Cascading Style Sheets is a kind of a program language that is useful in the presentation of the language that is used by the computer to a form that is understandable by human.

Such a language is commonly used in the styling of various documents on a website which are in generally in HTML. Now, most people understand that it is very important for them to learn this but they end up with terrible results due to the various mistakes they commit but of all the reasons there is one mistake that can be considered to be the most common.

This CSS mistake is found to happen due to lack of alertness in the initial stages when people do not give required attention to the learning of the course and think that it would be better of to understand by directly using it, this leads to improper understanding as the fundamentals of an individual are really weak in such a case. There is nothing against people who choose to get themselves a copy of a good computer language book and learn the CSS style sheet language sincerely but the problem arises with the kind of people who rather choose to just switch on the computer and use stuff placed on the internet as their only source of learning and the problem is that not everything on the internet is authenticated. This finally leads to the stage where a person has either the wrong knowledge or incomplete knowledge on the subject. And as it is said that half knowledge is dangerous, it is better to have no knowledge rather than having half the knowledge. This is highly advisable in case of CSS coding because a person cannot rely only on assumptions and a little bit of knowledge to help solve a CSS issue.

Such things are seen very obviously when a person with improper knowledge commits an error which even a learned amateur would not perform, mistakes like using HTML codes in order to give CSS commands is sinful. The worst can be trying to do a correction in HTML tags to make them acceptable as CSS codes as this generally results in crap. Very common methods of simplifying CSS by the use of classes and other basic methods are ignored or probably unknown and hence the codes and commands created by the programmer are either too long or too messy and in most case both. Hence it can be said that one should try and avoid this common mistake and hence try and avoid CSS errors.
