I have seen the benefits as they can be linked to any number of pages and save lot of disk space. How can we attach external style sheet to the HTML page.

Its simple. First create the style sheet as usual. Then save the file as <filename>.css (You can include any file name, e.g. style.css). Insert this code into the head of the document where you want to include the style sheet
