My query is really simple. I wanted to know what is the correct procedure to create a navigation bar in CSS? Though I tried to do it but couldn’t do it. Can you offer some solution?

It has an extremely solution. You can try one of the multiple menus which are provided by Listamatic. You can try doing a Google search for Listamatic to learn more.
