While noticing a number of CSS websites of late, I have noticed that people write them inline and some of them even use an indented form. But I personally prefer to read from the indented form and also came to know that it is a good practice. Is this true?

Sorry, there is no such trick available in CSS.  The div is absolute positioned, it will remain absolute. But you can still try to float the latest News Box rather than absolutely positioning it.

Irrespective of the normal practice, it is better to choose a style with which you are most comfortable with. In this way, one can also choose to troubleshoot the site easily without any hassles.
