Although I have a fair knowledge about “active x” in CSS but I fail to understand why does the yellow bar pops up whenever I try to use CSS the “active X”.

As per the rule, CSS should not generate any activex warnings. But it will be a better idea to use any other browser rather than trying to fix the IE problems.
