I am looking to alter my wordpress template a bit. I have designed my template myself. It has a blue body for the entire page. I want to have a 10px edge from top (bg). Can Some one suggest useful advice?

I am not very clear with what your trying to say. Can you explain with help of a sample or at least show us your website template.

What I am trying to say is I need a space of 10 pixels from the top of my wordpress template. If you see a default wordpress template you will get an idea of what I am trying to say. There is a white space from top. Similarly I wanted space of 10px from top for my designed wordpress template.
