DIV size problem with various IE versions

I am facing problems with DIV size of different versions. I have duly tested it with IE5.5 as well as IE6. However, same packs appear to be completely different.

You can make the use nested DIV tags to eradicate this problem. Keep one of the DIV tag inside another. The outmost DIV tag does not contain any values of border and padding. One is completely free to give for both padding and border with nested DIV tag.
