Frankly speaking I am not that great in CSS. However I have some decent knowledge about the subject. Do you guys prefer for a person like me who is not that well versed to use Free CSS templates. Are they worth it?

I have been using Free CSS Templates myself and personally feel they are quiet time saving. Its like someone has done all the work for me free of charge (though many do charge) – No need to panic to find the images, coding everything is before hand. It can be a good idea especially for a person as lazy as me ;)

As you said that your not that good in CSS. I would recommend you to opt for the free templates. I say this because if you do it yourself you can mess up with the codes and get it all wrong to avoid this it’s best to have a free CSS template download.
